2023 CHILDREN’S COTTAGE TUITION AND SCHEDULES
We provide flexible scheduling in order to better meet the needs of your family. Schedule is determined by the number of slots available for the time in which you wish to enroll your child. We will work closely with you and do our best to find a schedule that works for everyone. We ask that you give one month’s written notice prior to reducing student schedules or leaving the program. Tuition is paid in advance for the time slot you would like to have reserved for your child. All months are paid at a flat rate fee, no matter how many days are actually used in a month or how many closure days there are. Please pay between the 1st and 5th of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $35 late fee will be added. Any balances that remain overdue without a payment plan on file will accrue a $35 finance charge each month. If you have trouble paying tuition, please discuss options with Rose right away before the due date.
Voucher participants are expected to pay a copay to cover any additional balance that the voucher program may not cover. Co-pays are generally between $60-$300 but are totally dependant on what the voucher program pays.
Families are expected to contribute a materials fee of $50 per month. Alternate parent participation options (classroom volunteer or materials) are available.
Half Day
Children on a half day schedule will attend for four hours in either the morning or the afternoon. This program is designed for parents with a flexible schedule who would like to give their child a short childcare or preschool experience.
Under Two: Half-day tuition is $51 a day, or $1020 per month
Over Two: Half-day tuition is $46, or $920 per month
Part Day
Children on a part-day schedule will attend for up to 6 hours. Schedule will be determined at the time of enrollment.
Under Two: Part-day tuition is $61 per day, or $1220 per month.
Over Two: Part-day tuition is $56 per day, or $1120 per month.
Full Day
Children on a full-day schedule will attend for over 6 hours and up to 9 hours between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Under Two: Full-day tuition is $74 per day, or $1,480 per month.
Over Two: Full day tuition is $66 per day or $1320 per month
Extended Full Day
Children on the extended full-day schedule will attend for over 9 hours and up to 10 ½ hours between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
Under Two: Extended full-day tuition is $75 per day, or $1,500 per month.
Over Two: Extended full-day tuition is $68 per day, or $1360 per month
To Enroll
We ask all of our families for $100 non-refundable registration fee and a one month deposit upon application for enrollment/waiting list. One month’s notice must be given to change start date. The deposit will be applied to your last month’s tuition at the end of your child’s enrollment at The Children’s Cottage. No refunds will be issued except to Changing Tides families. Please speak with Rose if you would like to set up a payment plan to make the deposit more manageable for you.
